Irene + Ridwan Engagement Shoot

Had the honors of shooting Irene and Ridwan's engagement shoot a few months back. Casual, fun day and it was definitely a blast shooting them. They got married yesterday, congratulations guys!

For all  you newly engaged couple, listen up: Ringing in the new year of 2012 right, One Queen's Lane is offering a FREE engagement/Pre-Wedding Photography Session that for a limited time that includes FREE make up for the bride-to-be. This is not a scam, I repeat, this is NOT a scam!

You may have seen a few of our photography work posted on the blog (more coming, I swear), and we want a chance to share our passion with you for free!


This free session will include: make up for the lovely bride-to-be, a half day photography session with unlimited wardrobe changes, all raw files that will be given to you in a DVD, and 15 edited frames of your choosing.
If you like our services, in return, we only ask that you spread our services in good faith to your friends and families. =)

Was part of a bridesmaid photo shoot today as part of my bestie's engagement shoot. Also had an opportunity to take some pictures and I wanted to share my most favorite pose and actually, my only good picture, of the day of one of the other bridesmaids. Rebellious Bridesmaid, love it!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Photography - DEBUT

Hi readers, hang on to your seats. Oh boy, have we got a show for you! 

Tonight, we'd like to introduce you to a new division of One Queen's Lane.  We have been thinking about starting a photography line for a long time and finally, we have got the chance to do one. Meet "Peanut Butter & Jelly Photography". We are specializing in family and kids photography. Just as the name has suggested, we offers our clients an all-round first class treatment in an exhilarating photo taking experience!  It's okay, I myself also don't get what I've just said. 

Lemme break it down to you. When I said first class treatment, I mean we will make you and your family feel comfortable; so comfortable in fact that you won't even feel you are being photographed. We're nice peeps and kids LOVE us. I quote, "I've never seen her adapt to people so easily" -- says a mother whose baby is  bonding too quickly with the cute photographers. 

Basically, an interested family can contact One Queen's Lane anytime they need PbJ's service. PbJ will receive the ideas that the family has in mind. One Queen's Lane will then take the idea up a notch. We will prepare the inspiration board and a fee proposal. Once agreed, the rest is history.

Delivery!!

My friends had a house warming last Saturday and at first I wanted to go to the mall that morning to buy them something. Unfortunately, it was raining quite heavily and I was too lazy to get out of bed! I thought right there and then that I needed a second plan :) I called up my usual florist at Rawa Belong; apparently Bu Hikmah could DELIVER her flowers! GREAT!

I ordered a bucket of local pink long-stemmed roses with a little bit of baby breaths and leaf fillings. All of these for IDR 150,000. Well, a bit pricey on rainy season because it usually costs around IDR 80,000 for that amount of flowers. Using a vase that I found on my storage, I made 1 sweet arrangement for the couple.

I stumbled upon this youtube video through one of my favorite blog (Cup of Jo). It reminds me of me & my bf because we used to chat in msn during our initial stage. I know this will put a smile on your face especially if you are currently flirting with someone. Now rather than regretting later, go grab that bbm and say what you really really want to say!
